Gavin Price

BOARD MEMBER

Gavin Price is a current member of Luminus Financial’s Board of Directors, serving in several roles including Director of the Governance Committee and Director of the Audit Committee. He is also an Acting Captain with Toronto Pearson Airport Fire and Emergency Services, where he provides operational leadership in one of Canada’s busiest aviation environments. In this role, he supervises personnel, coordinates emergency response operations, and ensures the safe and effective delivery of fire and emergency services across airport operations. With extensive experience responding to high-risk incidents ranging from aircraft emergencies, hazardous materials events, to structural fires, and medical responses, Gavin brings strong leadership, crisis management, and operational decision-making expertise. He also contributes to firefighter training as an associate instructor with the Fire Emergency Services Training Institute and has previously served as a Fire Prevention Officer and Occupational Health and Safety Fire Officer with the Government of Canada.
