Jonathan Bowness

BOARD VICE CHAIR

Jonathan Bowness has served on the Luminus Financial Board of Directors for over 10 years and currently holds the role of Board Vice Chair. He also serves as Chair of the Audit Committee and sits on the HR & Compensation Committee. A strong advocate for ongoing education, Jonathan holds an Accredited Canadian Credit Union Director Designation and earned a Director designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors in 2025. Jonathan has a Bachelor of Commerce in Global Business Management from Ryerson University. He works as a Senior Consultant at RICOH Canada, where he specializes in implementing content management, automation, and artificial intelligence solutions for organizations across the not-for-profit, government, and commercial sectors.
